Employees do not just want to work for the pay check, they want to go to work feeling happy and they enjoy everything about their work. They want their workplaces to be fun and not highly stressful, considering the fact that they are spending most of their time at work everyday.
Happy employees will lead to happy customers as every employee will feel a sense of ownership and go the extra mile to make their customers satisfied. They will take responsibility to ensure that they provide their best to wow their customers, instead of transferring their customers from one department to another, which is very common these days.
