If you have not cleared your old items and cleaned the house, you still have 10 days before CNY. Before the New Year comes, it is one of the Chinese New Year customs to spring clean the entire house. The practical reason is to de-clutter your house, so it's more presentable to your guests when they visit. To some, it is to get rid off bad luck in the house. So your last cleaning can be done during the reunion dinner before the actual day of CNY and your traditional parents will most likely not allow you to use the broom to do any sweeping to "sweep" the luck away.

Meet Lim Bee Lay, the KPOP Aunty who has been an inspiration to those who are in their silver years, and also the younger generation. It is evident that the younger generation took notice of her after a recent post in Mediacock Singapore that generated more than 3,000 views!
She has been an active dance instructor and performer in CCs, donning beautiful outfits which she sometimes design for her students. She also organises performances for her students to gain exposure. And guess what, she's 58!
