Employees are often faced with challenges at work and do not know how to solve the problems and make the right decisions efficiently and effectively, thus choosing to avoid the problems altogether. This results in a culmination of corporate disaster, causing the organisation to suffer losses in reputation, revenue or even talent. Together with my co-trainer, Paul Tham and myself, designed this course to help attendees to be able to apply problem solving and decision-making skills to their work and daily lives. We haveincorporated fun activities such as brainstorming sessions, exercises, discussions for attendees to have a hands-on experience on identifying true problems, differentiating between symptoms and problems, and applying decision-making strategies. We are blessed to have received positive response from this group of staff and we might be conducting another session for the other departments in time to come.
