Problem Solving & Decision Making
Employees of all levels often face challenges and problems at work, however they often do not know how to solve the problems or make the right decisions efficiently and effectively, thus choosing to avoid the problems altogether instead. Habitual avoidance of problems can culminate into a corporate disaster, causing the organisation to suffer losses in reputation, revenue, or even talent.
This course proactively addresses the various problem scenarios and timely decision-making situations by equipping attendees with the tools, strategies and the know-how, to bring value to the company and their customers. This course incorporates videos, group discussions, and activities in its lesson plan to allow attendees to experience the process of problem solving and decision-making, which can be applied at work and in their individual context as well.
